Kūpuna Program
(Adult Day care)

Nā Puʻuwai offers the only Adult Day Care program on the island of Molokaʻi. At our Kūpuna Program, Seniors are provided a safe place to enjoy supported help, activities and camaraderie. We offer a welcoming environment for kūpuna who cannot safely stay at home during the day, while family caregivers are at work. This allows kūpuna to remain active, healthy and cared for in a supervised and structured environment.

Home Care

Nā Pu‘uwai offers a full range of in-home care services. Home care includes help with chores, personal care, companion services, and transportation assistance. We can also accompany kūpuna during their health care appointments to make sure the health service professional understands your needs and that kūpuna understand what is necessary for improved health.

Kūpuna Nutrition Program

Food is medicine and the Kūpuna Nutrition Program was developed to improve the nutrition of the Kūpuna we serve, many of which are provided breakfast, lunch and snacks daily. Our program Chef works with our Registered Dietician to come up with locally inspired and sourced, nutritious and delicious meals with the goal of improving health outcomes.
