Nurse Aide - Casual Hire
Nā Puʻuwai is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Nurse Aide to provide support and assistance to kūpuna participating in our Adult Day Care Center and Home Care Program on Molokaʻi.
Position Summary: The Nurse Aide assists clients with activities of daily living, provides companionship and support, observes and reports changes in client condition, and helps promote a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for kūpuna receiving services.
- Up to 18 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on program needs
- May provide services in the Adult Day Care Center and/or in clients’ homes
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Assist with meal service and hydration
- Participate in recreational and social activities
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Follow all safety, confidentiality, HIPAA, and infection control procedures
- Provide transportation assistance when needed
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Nurse Aide training program from an accredited school or training institution
- Current BLS certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Valid Hawaiʻi driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract for the past three (3) years

IT Desktop Support - Casual Hire
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including wired/wireless connectivity, VPN access, and basic network devices
- Support common business applications, email systems, web-based platforms, and productivity tools
- Set up and deploy computers, user accounts, and equipment for new hires
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures in ticketing systems or internal documentation
- Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate
- Support cybersecurity best practices including password management, MFA, software updates, and endpoint security
- Assist with basic website or web application troubleshooting as needed
- Participate in after-hours or on-call support as required
- 2+ years of professional IT support experience
- Experience providing desktop and end-user technical support in a business environment
