Ground Transportation Support - Lānai (on-Call)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Hawaiʻi driver’s license with a clean driving record according to Nā Pu’uwai policies.
- Demonstrated direct experience working with or for federally-funded a rural health organization.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to transportation needs on short notice.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and responsibility with people, money, and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work respectfully with all community members.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and sound judgment.
- Able to provide basic assistance to passengers with mobility needs when safe to do so.
- Basic computer literacy for logging trips and submitting reports.
- Commitment to providing safe, professional, and compassionate service.
- BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in transportation, customer service, or community-facing roles.
- Familiarity with the Lānaʻi community and local history.
