Physician Assistant

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

Non-Provider Positions

Facilities Supervisor - Full-Time

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience (required)
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to assign, coordinate, and support staff effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to use technology efficiently for communication, documentation, and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic technical proficiency and comfort learning and using digital systems and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and implement preventative solutions rather than reactive fixes
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethical judgment, and accountability in decision-making
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean three-year traffic abstract and ability to operate organization vehicles

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising facilities, maintenance, operations, or related teams (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in facilities management, building operations, or work order systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement process improvements
  • Experience identifying and implementing workflow efficiencies or operational improvements
  • Familiarity with facilities systems, preventative maintenance programs, or scheduling tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments
  • Experience training, coaching, and developing staff to improve performance and consistency
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and innovate operational improvements in a work environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support facilities staff in daily operations and assignments
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds
  • Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and functioning efficiently
  • Identify maintenance needs and implement preventative solutions
  • Monitor and improve workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate facility needs, issues, and recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards
  • Support a positive, productive, and accountable team environment

Compensation

  • Starting pay is determined by the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
  • A sign-on bonus may be available for qualifying candidates based on experience and qualifications.
